Prices

All prices in this catalog are current at the time of publication. We have no control over exchange rates and like matters and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We advise all customers to confirm prices and packing quantities when placing orders. We cannot be held liable for typographical errors.


Backorders

Items, which are out of stock on the day your order ships, will automatically be placed on backorder status. Please inform sales representative when you place your order if you do not accept backorders. If you have merchandise on backorder for 75 days or more, we will call you to approve the backorder and to see if there are any additional items you need.


Buyer’s Responsibilities

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in satisfactory condition. Your order is inspected for accuracy and packed carefully. Our responsibility for the condition of your order ends when the carrier picks it up. If your order arrives with damaged boxes, place a claim with the carrier immediately. On freight shipments(palletized shipments), delivery receipt must be clearly signed and mark clear or if there are damages or missing boxes, this must be noted at time of delivery before the carrier leaves your facility. Any shipment you receive that is damaged or is missing packages, must be acknowledged on the delivery receipt or the claim will not be honored by the carrier nor Dillon Inc.


Delivery Schedules

Most orders ship from our warehouse via FedEx and UPS. Their transit maps offer a basic idea of how long it takes an order to ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma City to destinations throughout the United States. These transit times do not include the time it takes to process orders here at our facility. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for us to process your order. During peak shipping periods (July 15 through October 15) the processing time may take up to 5 business days.


Returns

Our merchandise is not sold on a guaranteed sales basis and may not be returned without our written authorization. A Return Authorization Number will be issued for all approved returns. Please call with questions or concerns so that we may best satisfy your needs in these matters. Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
